Through strategy, trickery, and a touch of cross-dressing the women of Athens assume control of the government and instate a new set of rules in an attempt to even the playing field. A social satire, that derives its comedy through sexual and crude humor, Women in Parliament was a fast-paced classic that holds its relevancy 2300 years later.
